Our kitchen offers a series of typical Umbrian dishes, sometimes revisited in a modern key. All the products are home-made, and our guests will be able to appreciate the different homemade pastas combined with different toppings, such as our truffle, offered in every season, not only on the first courses, but also as an appetiser and main course. Mushrooms, chestnuts, game and a wide selection of national and foreign meats complete an offer which is periodically renewed to give our customers the opportunity to rediscover old flavours but also to discover others, which are completely new. From the wine shop we offer a wide selection of wines and labels to match the dishes chosen with a wide selection of local wines and a wide selection of national and other labels.

Not only do we offer many typical specialities of our land – for example, in our restaurant we cannot miss the truffle, in all seasons and with its various types (scorzone, summer, black and white) -, for us the region is also important. We have a “self-sufficient” approach, we supply ourselves with raw materials from local producers, whom we know and trust: we take the goodness from them and then transform them to create the finished dishes. We also produce bread, pasta, pizzas and all their various seasonings in-house, as well as appetiser dishes, meat specialities, desserts and so on. We carefully select, with great care, the food raw materials we use, trying to offer only products of absolute quality. We create personalised menus according to the customer’s needs and, occasionally, tasting menus.
